Stopped working

I used this serum for over 3 years and it worked great until they changed the formula. It seems more watered down and my lashes are not long anymore. Im so bummed. They should have never changed it.

It works but not as well as it used to

I liked the product better years ago before they changed their name from My Runway Eyes. I feel like it used to work better. But it does work! Just have to be super consistent. And great price.

Not the same!

I agree that the serum is not the same product I have been using the past two years.
My lashes are not as thick or as dark and healthy as before. I have asked to be changed back to the original serum for my subscription. Otherwise, I will have to stop using Lumie.

I am sorry you are unhappy with the new formula. We had to switch manufacturers. The active ingredient is the same as the prior formula, and we have found success using it more frequently than the prior formula. Maybe that could help?

Disappointed in the “Enhanced Formula” I had amazing results with the ORIGINAL My Runways Eyes. I had a slight irritation when I first started using it, but it went away. This “enhanced formula” has given me stye’s on my lash line. This is exactly why I stopped using the Rodan and Feilds brand many years ago. I don’t care how great my lashes look, if these stye’s persist, I’m out.
