My Runway Eyes strives to keep you totally satisfied, which is why we offer a 60-day, money back guarantee on our Eyelash Lengthening Serum purchased through www.myrunwayeyes.com.  We currently don't offer any returns on our mascara or Gold Under Eye Gel Patches.   If at any point you decide it’s not the best serum out there, you are protected by the highest standard 100% money-back guarantee.  Just send us the empty tube and we’ll refund you your money, no questions asked.  If within 60 days of use, you are unhappy and would like a refund, here’s exactly what to do:

  • Contact the My Runway Eyes team by emailing our team at info@myrunwayeyes.com.  We will gladly provide you with our return address, so as not to waste any materials, and a return confirmation number. This is an easy and effortless process.  IMPORTANT: You must contact us via e-mail no earlier than 45 days and no later than 60 days after purchase.  We can’t allow resale of My Runway Eyes products, so empty tubes will be refunded only after sufficient time has passed for a single customer to use it as directed.
  • Return the empty tube, the e-mailed My Runway Eyes invoice, and the confirmation number you have been assigned.
  • You must pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes.  We are not responsible for undelivered packages.  Note:  Your package must be postmarked no later than 65 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.  
  • We will refund your amount paid for serum, excluding shipping costs, as long as all tubes purchased are returned.
